Return & Refund Policy – DMV Liquidation LLC
DMV Liquidation LLC operates as a wholesale liquidation business. Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, all sales are considered final; however, this policy clearly outlines our return timeframe and limited refund conditions in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.
Return Timeframe
- Return Window: 48 hours from the date of delivery
Returns or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Final Sale Policy
All products sold by DMV Liquidation LLC are liquidation or wholesale items and are sold as-is, where-is, and without warranties, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- No returns are accepted for buyer’s remorse
- No returns for unsold inventory
- No returns for condition variance, packaging differences, or missing accessories
- No exchanges are offered
Eligible Returns (Limited Circumstances Only)
Returns or refunds will be considered only if one of the following applies:
- The customer received the incorrect order, or
- There is a significant discrepancy between the purchased listing and the delivered merchandise
All claims must include:
- Order number
- Photos or video evidence
- Carrier delivery confirmation
Refund Processing
If a return or refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method
- Processing time for approved refunds is 7–10 business days
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any condition:
- Clearance or closeout merchandise
- Mystery boxes
- Pallets and truckloads sold as mixed or unmanifested
- Products marked “Final Sale”
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to an error by DMV Liquidation LLC, return shipping instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
